Delivery & refunds

Nova Foot delivers across Europe, French overseas territories, the United States and Canada depending on the country selected in the cart. Timing and tracking depend on the carrier available for the delivery address.

Delivery

Tracking details are sent by email once the order has been dispatched. The information entered in the cart is used to prepare the shipment and connect the order to the right customer.

Returns and refunds

A return request can be made within 14 days after receipt. Customized, flocked or made-to-order products cannot be returned, except when a preparation error is confirmed.

EU parcel tax

When the delivery country is concerned, the EU parcel tax line is shown in the cart before payment. Store destinations outside the EU scope, such as French overseas territories, the United States and Canada, are not concerned by this line.
