Nova Foot prepares football shirts according to the options selected by the customer. Because many products are made to order or customized, orders are final once confirmed.
Returns
Returns, exchanges or refunds are accepted only in exceptional cases: manufacturing defect, preparation error by Nova Foot, or proven non-conformity of the order.
Claim period
Any claim must be sent within 48 hours after delivery with the order number and clear photos or videos.
Refunds
If the request is accepted, Nova Foot may replace, repair or refund the product. Refunds can take up to 14 days depending on the payment provider and bank.
